No Limit Top Dogg is Snoop Dogg's fourth studio album and his second on No Limit Records, and his first on his own label Doggystyle Records. It was released May 11, 1999 and features the hit single "Bitch Please" featuring Xzibit and Nate Dogg, produced by Dr. Dre. The album's 187,400 debut week sales made it jump to #2 on the Billboard album charts, only second to Ricky Martin's 1999 self-titled album with huge first week sales of over 661,000 copies. Though it was Snoop Dogg's first album to not debut at #1 and have strong album sales for the first week (probably due to the very anticipated Ricky Martin sales rush), it eventually sold 1,503,865 copies in 1999. It did top the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums though.

"What U See Is What U Get" is the first single from Xzibit's second album, 40 Dayz & 40 Nightz. In its first week the song reached #50 on the Billboard Hot 100. It remains Xzibit's highest charting single as it peaked at #3 on Hot Rap Singles. This song was considered to be his biggest hit by fans, until Xzibit outperformed himself two years later with the release of "X". The song was featured in a mash-up on the Loud Rocks Album ft. Sevendust. What U See Is What U Get is considered the 88th best rap song of all time.

Track is from Mr.X's album "Weapons of Mass Destruction" (2004) Xzibit began his music career as a member of the Likwit Crew, a loose collective of West Coast rappers which included King Tee, Defari, and Tha Alkaholiks. He appeared on King Tee's album, IV Life (1994), on the song "Free Style Ghetto", and then on Tha Alkaholiks' Coast II Coast (1995), on the song "Hit and Run". After touring with Likwit Crew in 1995, Xzibit signed to Loud Records and released his debut album, At the Speed of Life (1996). The album produced his first breakthrough single "Paparazzi".
